Select the villa of your choice. Note that each villa has a capacity of 2 guests per bedroom (sharing 1 Queen or King Size bed). Extra guests can sometimes be accommodated in the same room in an extra bed if requested in advance and arranged with our reservations staff. We have a minimum duration of reservation of 3 nights unless in special circumstances this is waived.

We are often fully booked and can’t offer late check outs. If you wish to check out late and we have available  villas then the following charges apply. Until 6pm half day rate, after 6pm full day rate will be charged.

Villa Living encompasses all the sounds and smells of nature. Guests may not be used to morning roosters and smoke from rice fields being burnt after harvest. Our staff do all possible to make your stay calm and relaxing but sometimes nature cannot be changed. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Hevea Villas is located on Jl. Laksmana Gg. Nyuh Gading 14. The Villas are within walking distance of numerous Restaurants and cafes in the popular Seminyak “Eat Street”. The beach and the well known La Luciola, Ku De Ta and Mama San restaurants all close by. Hevea Villas are in the center of what is now considered the “Prime Villa district” in Seminyak close to everything to make a villa holiday wonderful. Just 20 minutes drive from the airport and guests can be relaxing at their own private villa.
